The artist K.- (aka: Kei) agrees to create a custom digital artwork (Commission) based on the client's provided character/s, concept/s, or prompt/s. The final piece will be delivered in a digital format (PNG, JPEG, or PDF) unless otherwise agreed.

Art is not my full-time job. If you want a commission in a certain time frame, please discuss it with me beforehand. Please let me know and I'll check if I can or can't fullfil your request.

Payment must be made within 48 hours after the Invoice was sent.

The payment method is through "Stripe" The way it works is: I (the artist) send you an invoice directly to your email that was provided by the client (you). Stripe allows many types of payments, feel free to choose the one you like the most. (If you've bought merch from my website in the past, you'll be familiar with this method)

Please let me know if you will be paying full or with a 60% deposit. The first half of the payment is for the beggining of the process. Once you acept the rough draft the rest of the payment must be paid so I can continue the work.

Strictly no refunds or cancellations ONLY after a rough draft has already been made and sent to you.

If you need to add anything extra that could raise the complexity of the illustration, there will be an additional fee.

Meaning, you will be charged an extra fee in addition to the base price. The request could be design, pose, composition, extra characters or detailed backgrounds, etc.

Revisions can be requested during the rough sketching phase of the commission as many times as you want. If the revision/edit don't make the commission more complicated than what we agreed upon beforehand. (unless you are okay with paying the additional fee)

Please double check the sketch photo I send to you. Once the commissioner has approved the sketch, no further changes will be allowed.

I retain rights to my own art to display them as commission samples or for my portafolios, etc.

Please let me know if you have any comments about it, if it's a secret art, a character or any reason you might have, so I don't post it on Social Media.

My commissions are not for commercial usage unless it was made for commercial usage since the beggining. Feel free to disscus commercial prices with me.

The purchase of one or more works gives the client a personal-use license to the work commissioned. License includes:

The client may share, post and display the artwork online or in personal spaces.

The client may use it as reference for their own characters or creative projects as they own the character/prompt, but not the artwork itself.

However, the client may not:

Sell (unless discussed beforehand, that is a different license) redistribute, or otherwise profit from these specific artworks.

create or sell any kind of merchandise (Unless discussed beforehand)

Use these artworks in any generative AI, image AI, or machine learning datasets, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, DALL-E, Grok, or any similar systems.

Claim authorship of any work.

ALL RIGHTS not expressly granted remain with the artist.

You are clear with what you want me to draw, I can't read minds.

Please have all the information ready about your OC, the more references or information, the better

Please be ready to share your real name and not nickname or username with me and have an email ready for me to send you the finished work.
